The Head of Culinary & F&B Operations — UAE will lead food and beverage operations across UAE

venues, overseeing both existing operations and pre-opening projects.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role with direct ownership of culinary systems, food operations,

operational consistency, and kitchen performance across UAE venues.

The role includes:

– Kitchen operations

– Food quality and consistency

– SOP implementation

– Hygiene and compliance standards

– Food cost management

– Manpower planning

– Procurement and vendor coordination

– Operational reporting

– Menu optimization and operational improvements

– Guest experience / FOH operational coordination

– Training initiatives ownership

– Event and birthday food execution

– Pre-opening operational setup

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
