Job Title: MBBS Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Gulf

Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone , Dubai, UAE

We are looking for qualified MBBS Doctors for the position of Resident Medical Officer (RMO) in a reputed healthcare facility in the Gulf. The candidate will be responsible for providing round-the-clock clinical support, assessing patients, managing medical emergencies, and coordinating with consultants and nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, examine, and manage patients in the Emergency Department, OPD, and inpatient wards.
• Provide initial assessment and stabilization of patients during medical emergencies.
• Conduct routine patient rounds and monitor patients' clinical condition.
• Take patient histories, perform physical examinations, and initiate appropriate treatment.
• Prescribe medications and investigations within the scope of practice.
• Perform basic medical procedures, including wound dressing, suturing, and IV cannulation, as required.
• Coordinate with consultants, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor investigation results and promptly inform the treating consultant of critical findings.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and medical documentation.
• Prepare clinical handover notes and assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Follow hospital policies, infection-control protocols, and patient safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid medical registration in the country of qualification.
• Previous experience as an RMO or in a hospital clinical setting is preferred.
• Relevant Gulf healthcare licensing eligibility (DHA, DOH, MOH, SCFHS, or the applicable licensing authority).
• Good clinical assessment, emergency management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and coordinate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to relocate to the Gulf.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in emergency medicine, inpatient care, or general medicine.
• Ability to handle common medical emergencies and perform basic clinical procedures.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
