Job Description:

Resident Engineer – High-Rise Building Project (RAK, UAE)

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Resident Engineer for a prestigious high-rise building project in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing large-scale tower projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project delivery in compliance with UAE regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for high-rise building projects.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
  • Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE building regulations, authority requirements, and project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
  • Manage project reporting, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and contractual compliance.
  • Verify work execution in accordance with approved standards and project specifications.
  • Attend progress meetings and provide technical guidance to project teams.
  • Ensure implementation of HSE standards and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of overall experience in construction and supervision projects.
  • Minimum 8 years of UAE experience mandatory.
  • Proven experience in high-rise/tower building projects in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and construction standards.
  • Excellent project management and site coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • UAE driving license

Pay: AED26,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
