Job Description

ECER is seeking a motivated and highly organised Research Assistant to support research, student engagement, partnerships, events, and digital communications in entrepreneurship, innovation, SMEs, sustainability, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Minimum Qualification

Undergraduate degree in business, entrepreneurship, management, economics, marketing, communications, social sciences, or a related field.
Preferred Qualification

• Support literature reviews, data collection, analysis, and research documentation. • Assist with journal articles, conference papers, reports, policy briefs, and funding proposals. • Coordinate seminars, workshops, masterclasses, student activities, and stakeholder events. • Support communication with faculty, students, industry partners, and external organisations. • Manage ECER’s social media platforms, prepare digital content, and promote research, events, and achievements. • Maintain project records, databases, website content, and annual-report evidence.

Expected Skills

• Strong writing, communication, research, and organisational skills. • Ability to use Microsoft Office and social media platforms effectively. • Experience with data collection, research tools, graphic design, or digital content creation is desirable. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple deadlines. • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

5000-6000
