Full job description

Altara Group is looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development & Recruitment Consultant to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and deliver effective recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to successful placement.
  • Conduct client meetings, negotiate terms, and generate new revenue.
  • Achieve business development and recruitment targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
