Job Title: Medical Receptionist /Admin Assistant (Full-Time)

Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with accounts/marketing support, making it ideal for candidates with both healthcare administrative experience and creative skills. Candidates with strong Excel and Canva editing skills will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records
  • Handle monthly income records and perform basic accounting tasks
  • Support marketing activities, including creating and editing content using Canva
  • Assist with social media content and communication materials
  • Maintain organized medical files and documentation
  • Perform general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medical center or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of DOK32 software is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in marketing or social media management
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
