Job Title: Medical Receptionist /Admin Assistant (Full-Time)
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with accounts/marketing support, making it ideal for candidates with both healthcare administrative experience and creative skills. Candidates with strong Excel and Canva editing skills will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records
- Handle monthly income records and perform basic accounting tasks
- Support marketing activities, including creating and editing content using Canva
- Assist with social media content and communication materials
- Maintain organized medical files and documentation
- Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical center or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of DOK32 software is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in marketing or social media management
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
