Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in mental health set up
  • Patient Interaction: Greet patients upon arrival, answer inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule patient appointments, confirm them, and manage the calendar for healthcare providers to optimize their time and treatment room utilization.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Insurance Processing: Assist patients in completing insurance forms and verify insurance information to facilitate billing processes.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, addressing patient concerns and relaying messages as needed.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a professional and welcoming environment, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction and comfort during their visit.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in medical terminology or office administration is preferred.
