Job Title: In-Store Sales Associate

Location: Fujairah
Department: Retail Sales
Reports To: Store Supervisor / Store Manager

Job Summary

The In-Store Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets. The role requires maintaining a positive shopping experience while supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Provide product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display standards
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system
• Support visual merchandising and promotional activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Follow company policies, procedures, and grooming standards
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred
• UAE retail experience in watches, eyewear, accessories, perfumes, or luxury products is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and sales-oriented mindset
• Well-presented with a professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible with working hours, weekends, and holidays if required

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Multilingual skills are an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Based on experience
• Attractive commission and incentives based on performance

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,100.00 per month
