Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Supervisor – QSR to oversee the operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales and profitability targets, developing store leadership teams, maintaining company and food safety standards, and delivering consistently high levels of customer service.

This role is ideal for a hands-on QSR professional with strong multi-unit management experience and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple QSR locations and ensure consistent compliance with company standards.
• Monitor sales, profitability, labor costs, food costs, and other key operational KPIs.
• Analyze store performance and implement action plans to improve sales and operational results.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and customer experience across assigned locations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and restaurant teams to improve performance and build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, wastage, and cost-control measures.
• Address customer concerns and work with restaurant teams to continuously improve guest satisfaction.
• Support promotional campaigns, new initiatives, operational improvements, and business expansion plans.
• Work closely with senior management and other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Area Supervisor, Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar QSR operations role.
• Strong experience managing multiple restaurant outlets.
• Solid understanding of QSR operations, including sales, P&L, food cost, labor cost, inventory, wastage, and operational KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong understanding of service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently between restaurant locations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on operational requirements.
• UAE/GCC QSR experience is an advantage.

Working Conditions

The role requires frequent visits to multiple restaurant locations and involves extended periods of standing and walking on the restaurant floor. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in operational environments, including kitchen and food preparation areas, and handling the physical demands associated with restaurant operations.
