Full job description

Responsible for monitoring, verifying, and controlling project quantities in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract requirements. Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, measurement sheets, quantity reconciliations, and progress reports. Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities against approved quantities. Coordinate with site engineers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, consultants, and procurement teams to resolve quantity discrepancies. Monitor material quantities, consumption, wastage, and variations. Assist in the preparation of variation orders, interim payment applications, and final quantity statements. Review drawings and identify changes, omissions, and additional works affecting project quantities. Maintain accurate records and documentation for quantity control, cost monitoring, claims, and project reporting. Ensure all measurements and quantity records are accurate, timely, and compliant with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Pay: AED2,163.27 - AED12,128.04 per month
