About the Job

We're Hiring a Talented Bartender!

Join the team at Quince Restaurant & Cafe in Al Barsha 2! We’re looking for a skilled, passionate, and enthusiastic Bartender to prepare high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and specialty drinks.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverage preparation, mixing techniques, garnishing, and presentation standards.
  • Welcome guests, present menus, recommend beverages, take orders accurately, and provide attentive service.
  • Prepare classic and signature cocktails according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide recommendations on drinks, pairings, and beverage selections based on guest preferences.
  • Maintain proper handling, storage, and stock control of alcoholic beverages and bar supplies.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully prepared before, during, and after service.
  • Operate POS systems, process customer payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with beverage ordering and stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service practices and company policies.
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Support opening, closing, and general restaurant operations as required.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, café, hotel, lounge, or bar environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
  • Skilled in cocktail preparation, mixing techniques, and beverage presentation.
  • Experience with bar operations, inventory control, and POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Good knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Attention to detail with strong presentation skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
