Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior QA/QC Engineer to support quality standards for our upcoming mid and high-rise construction projects. Working alongside senior engineers, you will assist in daily inspections, learn to enforce technical specifications, and help drive our "zero-defect" delivery goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Inspections: Assist in daily inspections of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project drawings and building codes.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection checklists, and daily site logs.
  • Defect Tracking: Help identify non-conformances on site and track their correction by subcontractors.
  • Material Verification: Check incoming materials against approved submittals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3–6 years of QA/QC experience with a main contractor.
  • Mandatory site experience in mid and high-rise building projects.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
