Job Summary:
HIBA Pharma is seeking an IPQA Officer to support in-process quality assurance activities and ensure continuous cGMP compliance across manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing operations within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging operations
• Conduct line clearance, area verification, equipment checks, and process monitoring
• Perform sampling activities and ensure proper documentation and sample transfer to QC
• Monitor GMP compliance, gowning practices, hygiene, and shop floor activities
• Review in-process documentation, logbooks, and QA records in real-time
• Support warehouse quality oversight activities including material handling and storage verification
• Assist during internal and regulatory audits and maintain inspection readiness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or related field
• 2–4 years of IPQA or shop-floor QA experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience in sterile and cytotoxic manufacturing environments is preferred
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Comfortable working in cleanroom and cytotoxic handling environments
• Basic computer and documentation skills

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
