Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing products, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
  • Compare prices and negotiate with vendors when required.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,001.00 per month

Work Location: In person
