Full job description

  • Must know how to use the Tasheel system and online immigration systems
  • Must be well familiar with RTA, Labor Office, Municipality, SIRA Portal along with DED and Dubai Courts regulations, fees, and processes.
  • To lead all the activities for official collection and submission of government applications as well as managing the processing of a variety of legal documents of a company in a timely manner.
  • To represent the Company at various statutory bodies including the Immigration department, Labor office, Health authorities, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Port authorities, Airport authorities, Electricity, Water authorities and Traffic office etc.
  • Makes sure all business contracts, tenancy and residential agreement, bills and trade Licenses are properly recorded, updated and renewed before expiry date to avoid the fine.
  • Update the management of the changes in laws related to Labor and Immigration departments and of other rules and regulations that have been amended and deemed necessary for the smooth functioning of the company.
  • Arabic Speaking with UAE Driving License with flexible work schedule.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as PRO works.
  • Should have good knowledge of Tasheel online system.
  • Should have Very good knowledge of GDRFA online system.
  • Should have Very good knowledge of RTA online system.
  • Should have Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
