About the Role:
The ABA Intern/Trainee role is designed to provide hands-on training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while working with children with autism and developmental challenges.

Key Reponsibilities:
Implement ABA techniques in therapy sessions to support children’s language, social, academic, and self-help skills.
Assist in reducing maladaptive behaviors by following structured behavior intervention plans.
Collect data and maintain progress documentation for each child.
Participate in clinic meetings, training workshops, and professional development sessions.
Work closely with supervisors to ensure individualized treatment plans are followed effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field (preferred but not required for trainees).
Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism is desirable but not required.
Fresh graduates and students looking for hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
