ABA Internship, New Graduates & Trainees

If you are a recent graduate, trainee, or looking for an internship in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive high-quality training, and work alongside experienced professionals in the field.

About the Role:

The ABA Intern/Trainee role is designed to provide hands-on training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while working with children with autism and developmental challenges.

Key Reponsibilities:

  • Implement ABA techniques in therapy sessions to support children’s language, social, academic, and self-help skills.
  • Assist in reducing maladaptive behaviors by following structured behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect data and maintain progress documentation for each child.
  • Participate in clinic meetings, training workshops, and professional development sessions.
  • Work closely with supervisors to ensure individualized treatment plans are followed effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field (preferred but not required for trainees).
  • Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism is desirable but not required.
  • Fresh graduates and students looking for hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
