Production Supervisor jobs

• Supervise and manage daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch sheets, and quality standards.
• Monitor blending, mixing, filtering, and packing operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively across shifts while maintaining discipline and attendance.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.
• Maintain accurate batch records and ensure traceability of raw materials and finished goods.
• Conduct pre-production checks and post-production inspections.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, PPE usage, and ISO requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process quality checks and final product approvals.
• Train and mentor new operators while supporting cross-training within the production team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including productivity enhancement, process optimization, and downtime reduction.
• Prepare daily production reports, shift handover logs, and performance updates.
• Monitor the availability of consumables, utilities, and production equipment.
• Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices on the shop floor.
• Coordinate effectively with Production, Stores, Maintenance, QA/QC, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve production goals.

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
