Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules for advertising materials
  • Coordinate with Creative, Sales, and Clients regarding project timelines and specifications
  • Supervise production staff, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure quality control for print, signage, and other advertising outputs
  • Monitor inventory of materials and coordinate procurement
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
  • Resolve production issues and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Advertising, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in production management (advertising, print, or related industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of printing processes, signage production, and materials is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design/production software is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling large-format printing and outdoor advertising materials
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
