Production Engineer – Steel Fabrication

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to oversee day-to-day

fabrication activities in our factory, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and schedules

are met across structural and non-structural steel works.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control daily fabrication activities (cutting, fitting, welding, blasting,

painting)

• Coordinate with QC/QA to ensure compliance with approved drawings and welding

procedures (WPS)

• Track production progress against schedule and report delays or bottlenecks
• Optimize manpower and machine utilization on the shop floor
• Liaise with project management and site teams on delivery priorities
• Ensure HSE compliance within the factory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• 5–7 years of experience in a steel fabrication factory environment
• Solid understanding of fabrication processes, welding standards (AWS/EN), and QC

procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Project; Primavera P6 knowledge is a plus
• Strong coordination and reporting skills

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
