The Role
Position Title: Creative Producer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 21K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A creative technology firm delivering immersive experiences, interactive installations, digital content, and integrated marketing solutions across industries Job Description: • Lead end-to-end creative production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring consistency across experiential, film, and digital outputs. • Develop and visualize creative concepts using AI tools for visual concepting, storyboarding, look development, and rapid ideation, including pitch support materials. • Translate creative ideas into actionable production plans, aligning creative ambition with technical feasibility and execution pipelines. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams—including visual artists, motion designers, developers, and technical teams—while guiding AI-augmented creative workflows.

Requirements
  • 35 years old and below • Minimum 10 years of experience in creative production (experiential, film, digital) • Must have experience bridging creative, technical, and operational teams • Strong visual sensibility, storytelling ability and highly organized with strong leadership skills
