We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer (MEP) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with quality and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for MEP materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical specifications.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules.
• Maintain and update the approved vendor and supplier database.
• Coordinate with the engineering, project, and finance teams for procurement planning and cost control.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality compliance.
• Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies, project requirements, and ISO standards.
• Maintain proper documentation for all purchases and assist in audit processes.
• Identify and develop new vendors to improve competitiveness and sourcing efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in procurement within the MEP or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, technical specifications, and market pricing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
