JOB SUMMARY / INTRODUCTION

Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the SVP to facilitate effective and smooth operations while maintaining confidentiality at all times and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a complete secretarial and administrative service to the SVP to facilitate the smooth functioning of the department/business unit and allow focus on strategic priorities.
• Observe confidentiality procedures and register and track accountable documentation to ensure security and control.
• Provide effective diary, calendar, and time management support to ensure attendance at key meetings with all relevant documentation.
• Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and record and distribute meeting minutes as required.
• Provide personal assistance and correspondence support, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing requests appropriately.
• Prepare and compile reports, presentations, documents, and meeting materials to support business discussions and decision-making.
Coordinate travel, events, visiting delegations, visas, logistics, and public relations activities while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and brand standards.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualification

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 8 years in a similar Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary role with progressively increasing managerial responsibilities within the Executive Assistant function.
