Job Description:

We are a growing company looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of professional accounting experience within the UAE and a solid working knowledge of local financial regulations, including VAT.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, handle accounts payable/receivable, and ensure all data entry is accurate. Mastery of Tally Prime is required, and experience with other accounting software is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accurately record financial transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations.
• Prepare and organize financial data in compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
• Assist in compiling payroll data in accordance with the Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Generate basic monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on accounting experience strictly within the UAE.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Tally Prime (Mandatory). Knowledge of other applications like Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, or SAP is a major plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
• Regulations: Good understanding of UAE accounting rules, VAT compliance, and WPS payroll processes.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com).
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and good English communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2500 to AED3500 per month (Depending on experience).
• Benefits: Employment Visa, Medical Insurance, and Annual Paid Leave as per UAE Labor Law.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
