Full job description

The Planner is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure the timely execution of façade and construction projects. The role involves close coordination with project, production, procurement, and site teams to track progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, work programs, and project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules based on actual site activities.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Production, Procurement, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify schedule deviations, delays, and potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, planning updates, and project status reports.
  • Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of activities.
  • Support resource planning and allocation to optimize project performance.
  • Ensure projects are executed within the approved timelines and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate planning records and project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of planning experience in construction, façade, or building envelope projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
