We are looking for a Trained Assistant Teachers & Transport Coordinator/Bus Attendant for Summer Camp. The ideal candidates will be passionate about the job of teaching kids with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust.

The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in Various Activities and enhance their skills through Personality Development Activities and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.

Full Job Description

Qualification:
1. Degree / Diploma with minimum 2+ Years of Teaching Experience preferably on developing various skill sets of children.

Job Summary:
1. Candidate should have 3 Years of hands-on teaching/training experience.
2. Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
3. Should be keen to learn new and different things, takes initiative and must be assertive go-getter.
4. Be polite, humble, friendly, have positive attitude
5. Good Command over English
6. Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
7. Up to date with new trends in Kid’s education and proficient in handling classes of various activities.
8. Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
9. Proficient in English & Regular Math and educate students with great passion to develop interest.

10. Kids Transportation Responsibilities: As s bus attendance primarily responsible for ensuring the physical safety, discipline, and emotional well-being of children during their daily commute to summer camp

Responsibilities:

● Develop, prepare and teach lessons based on the predetermined theme of the camp weeks assigned

● Submit lesson plans & material needs to Camp Director at least two weeks in advance

● Ensure safety and wellbeing of kids at all times

● Manage conflict and behavioural issues among kids using positive reinforcement and handle bus transportation including pick up & drop off service.
