About the Role:

We are hiring experienced Pizzaiolos who have background in artisanal pizza making — including dough preparation and baking in traditional stone ovens. PROVEN EXPERIENCE is essential for this role and Naughty Pizza Standards training will be provided for succesful candidate in our restaurants

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art kitchen alongside a dynamic and talented team with opportunity to grow you skills, passion and talent in what is widely considered one of the most beautiful pizza kitchens in the UAE.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on pizza-making experience in a traditional or artisanal pizzeria (not fast food).
  • Must have worked with traditional pizza ovens and freshly prepared dough.
  • Knowledge of high-hydration doughs (75%+), fermentation techniques, and a variety of pizza styles is a strong advantage.
  • Familiar with kitchen hygiene standards and HACCP training.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE and available for an in-person trial.
  • Able to join immediately.
