GP Specialist – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Al Farhan Medical Center is seeking a qualified and experienced General Practitioner (GP) Specialist with MRCGP to join our medical team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Position: GP Specialist

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Part-time
Department: General Medicine

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care to patients.
  • Assess patients' medical histories, symptoms, and clinical conditions.
  • Develop appropriate treatment and management plans.
  • Perform routine medical examinations and preventive health assessments.
  • Prescribe medications and provide appropriate patient education.
  • Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when clinically indicated.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and professional standards.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Promote preventive healthcare and patient wellness.

Requirements

  • MRCGP
  • Valid Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi professional license or eligibility.
  • Relevant clinical experience in general practice/family medicine.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills.
  • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to patient safety, professional ethics, and high-quality patient care.
