Full job description

1. Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and shoot photo and video content for food, in-store, and lifestyle assets across assigned brands
  • Build mood boards and shot lists before each shoot to keep content aligned with each brand's visual identity
  • Handle full production: lighting, styling coordination, shooting, and directing on-site during shoots
  • Edit and color-grade photos and videos for use across Instagram, TikTok, delivery platforms, and paid ads
  • Adapt a single shoot into multiple formats (reels, stories, static posts, ad creative) to cut down on reshoots
  • Keep a organized content library so past assets can be reused or repurposed
  • Work directly with the marketing lead to turn campaign briefs into a realistic shot list and timeline
  • Stay aware of current content trends on Instagram and TikTok and flag formats worth testing

2. Qualifications

  • Portfolio required, showing both photography and videography work, ideally in food, hospitality, or lifestyle
  • Degree in a relevant field (photography, film, visual arts, communications) preferred but not required if the portfolio is strong

3. Minimum Years of Experience

  • 2–3 years in content creation, ideally with F&B, hospitality, or a similar fast-turnaround retail brand

4. Skills Needed

  • Photography: composition, lighting, food/product styling awareness
  • Videography: shooting for short-form vertical formats (reels, TikTok), basic gimbal/stabilizer use
  • Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom (or equivalent), CapCut for quick-turn social edits
  • Understanding of platform-specific content requirements (Instagram vs. TikTok vs. delivery app assets)
  • Time management: able to handle multiple brands/shoots without a large team behind them, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of brand consistency across a portfolio

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
