Job Description — Photographer & Videographer

Job Title: Photographer & Videographer
Department: Production / Creative
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Execute professional photography and videography sessions for clients and various projects.
  • Produce content for social media, Reels, TikTok, advertisements, and commercial campaigns.
  • Prepare cameras, lenses, lighting, and other equipment before each shoot.
  • Select appropriate camera angles and compositions based on the project's creative direction and brand identity.
  • Execute creative concepts and transform briefs into high-quality visual content.
  • Shoot products, restaurants, events, people, and commercial content.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Account Management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Properly handle and maintain all photography and production equipment.
  • Organize, back up, and deliver footage and photographs in a structured manner.
  • Perform basic photo and video editing when required.
  • Follow production schedules and meet all shooting and delivery deadlines.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve the quality and performance of produced content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in professional photography and videography.
  • Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
  • Good understanding of composition, lighting, and camera settings.
  • Experience creating content for social media and commercial campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in different shooting environments.
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and videography skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience shooting restaurants, F&B, lifestyle, and hospitality content.
  • Experience creating Reels and vertical content.
  • Experience using gimbals and professional lighting equipment.
  • Basic understanding of color grading.
  • Ability to develop creative concepts and execute content from pre-production to final delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Quality of photography and video content produced.
  • Meeting shooting and delivery deadlines.
  • Number of projects completed per month.
  • Client satisfaction with the delivered content.
  • Compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Proper handling and maintenance of company equipment.
  • Proper organization and management of project files.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
