We are looking for a creative and multi-skilled Digital Marketing Executive who can not only manage online marketing campaigns but also capture and create high-quality visual content.

This role requires someone who is hands-on with camera equipment, capable of shooting professional photos and videos on-site, and skilled in editing content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines marketing strategy with visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation (Photography & Videography)

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of:
  • Completed fit-out and construction projects
  • Work-in-progress sites
  • Materials, tools, and product showcases
  • Shoot:
  • Client testimonials
  • Project walkthroughs
  • Before-and-after transformations
  • Use professional cameras, lighting, and mobile content tools

2. Video Editing & Image Editing

  • Edit videos for:
  • Social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Website project showcases
  • Advertising campaigns
  • Enhance images using tools like:
  • Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom
  • Use video editing software such as:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, logo branding, and transitions

3. Digital Marketing & Paid Ads

  • Plan and manage campaigns on:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn
  • Create visually compelling advertisements using original content
  • Optimize campaigns using performance data

4. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow company accounts:
  • Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
  • Publish engaging visual content regularly
  • Respond to comments and build audience engagement

5. Website Content & Branding

  • Update website with:
  • New project photos and videos
  • Case studies and portfolios
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual content

6. SEO & Content Strategy

  • Optimize content for search engines
  • Use keywords in blogs, video descriptions, and image tags
  • Support lead generation through content marketing efforts

RequirementsTechnical Skills

  • Strong experience in:
  • Photography (DSLR/Mirrorless cameras)
  • Videography and lighting
  • Video editing & post-production
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Social media content tools
  • Basic knowledge of:

Experience

  • 2–5 years experience in digital marketing or content creation
