Job Title: Photographer, Photo & Video EditorJob Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Photographer, Photo Editor, and Video Editor with a strong eye for composition, lighting, colour, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be confident in capturing high-quality product and lifestyle photographs, shooting engaging video content, and editing photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, websites, and retail platforms.

Candidates should have practical photography skills, knowledge of professional camera equipment, and the ability to manage the complete creative process, from shooting to final editing. Knowledge of graphic design is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph products, lifestyle scenes, promotional campaigns, and other marketing content using professional cameras and photography equipment.
• Set up appropriate lighting, backgrounds, props, and compositions to achieve high-quality, visually appealing photographs.
• Capture product details, different angles, and creative shots suitable for e-commerce, catalogues, social media, and advertising.
• Shoot video content for promotional campaigns, product presentations, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance photographs using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
• Perform colour correction, background removal, image manipulation, and professional photo retouching.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software, including transitions, music, text, sound effects, and colour grading.
• Ensure all photography and video content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts, product launches, promotional campaigns, and content planning.
• Prepare and optimise images and videos for social media, websites, digital advertisements, and retail platforms.
• Maintain photography equipment and organise all raw files, edited images, and video assets.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on photography techniques, lighting setups, editing methods, video trends, and new creative technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer, Photo Editor, Video Editor, or Multimedia Content Creator.
• Strong photography skills, including camera operation, exposure, composition, lighting, framing, and product photography.
• Practical experience using professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and photography accessories.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for photo editing and retouching.
• Good video-editing skills and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of colour correction, colour grading, image enhancement, and video post-production.
• Ability to independently plan and execute photoshoots, from preparing the setup to delivering the final edited content.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling, creative direction, and brand presentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and organisational skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing original photography, edited photographs, and video projects.

Additional Advantages

• Knowledge of graphic design, including social media creatives, promotional banners, and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design software.
• Experience with product photography for e-commerce, retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPT for creative concepts and content production.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating their own photography, photo-editing, and video-editing work. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate the complete process, from capturing original photographs and video footage to delivering professionally edited content.
