Job Title: Pharmacist Male or Female
Department: Pharmacy / Healthcare Division
Location: Dubai, UAE


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Pharmacist (male or female) with basic pharmaceutical knowledge and experience, or a Registered Pharmacist with a valid license, to support administrative and regulatory activities within the pharmacy or healthcare division. The ideal candidate will assist in product registration, compliance, and documentation while ensuring adherence to UAE health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative and regulatory tasks within the pharmacy or healthcare department.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to product registration, renewals, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of applications and license renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and reports for audits and inspections.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update product data as required.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Health (MOH) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations.
  • Assist management with reports, filing, communication, and other support functions related to regulatory and pharmacy operations.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment within the pharmacy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or related field.

  • Registered Pharmacist with a valid UAE license (MOH / DHA / DOH) or pharmacy graduate with relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products, registration processes, and regulatory documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical documentation, or

    healthcare administration.
  • Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Compensation:

  • Registered Pharmacists: AED 10,000 - 12,000 per month (depending on profile

    and experience).
  • Pharmacists with basic knowledge and experience: Up to AED 8,000 per month.
