Pharmaceutical Quality Control jobs in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Quality Controller or Quality Assurance professional to support our company during an upcoming third-party audit conducted on behalf of one of our key clients. The selected candidate will be engaged on a project basis to review our quality systems, ensure audit readiness, assist with documentation, and provide guidance throughout the audit process.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in GDP/GMP compliance, quality management systems, and external client audits within the pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess the company’s quality management system and documentation.
• Evaluate compliance with applicable GDP/GMP requirements and industry best practices.
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions before the audit.
• Prepare, organize, and verify SOPs, records, policies, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct internal audit readiness assessments and staff guidance sessions.
• Support management during the third-party client audit and respond to auditor queries where appropriate.
• Assist with post-audit observations, corrective action plans, and follow-up activities if required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or logistics environments.
• Demonstrated involvement in GDP/GMP audits or similar regulatory/client audits.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, documentation control, and compliance requirements.
• Experience preparing organizations for external audits and inspections.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications.

• Relevant certifications or training in GDP, GMP, ISO, or quality auditing.
• Previous experience..
