Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and professional designs for digital marketing, social media, product promotions, and print materials. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably with exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, cosmetic, or FMCG product designs, including packaging and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative graphics for social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
  • Develop product brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Create packaging designs and carton artworks for healthcare/pharmaceutical products
  • Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and printing specifications
  • Edit and retouch product images for marketing use
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all digital and print materials
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop impactful promotional creatives
  • Coordinate with printing vendors for packaging materials, labels, and marketing collaterals
  • Review print proofs and ensure quality output before production
  • Stay updated with current design trends and industry standards
  • Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, cosmetic, supplement, or FMCG product design is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience designing product packaging, labels, and marketing materials
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates who have experience designing medicine packaging, product cartons, labels, or healthcare promotional materials are highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical product artwork requirements and printing processes is an advantage.

Experience:

2–3 years of Graphic Design experience required
(Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience preferred)
