Full job description

1. Follow traffic rules & regulations of transportation authority & safely transport company staff as well as various products & materials to and from specified locations/outlets in a timely manner.

2. Deliver customers’ orders with utmost courtesy & ensure the transactions is handled accurately.

3. Report any feedback to supervisor & handle any complaints as per the company policy.

4. Ensure that the company vehicles are clean & properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning & vehicle maintenance.

5. Report all maintenance requirements to supervisor.

6. Maintain an accurate record for daily movements of vehicle, including mileage in and out, oil change, petrol, etc.

7. Report any accident/injuries/damages occurred to supervisor immediately & to concerned authorities.

8. To develop detailed knowledge about the local areas.

9. Accurately follow routes, maps & directions.

10. Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that are permitted parking in order to avoid fines.

11. Assisting with loading & offloading of products & materials.

12. Follow schedules & rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion.

13. To attend all company mailing, parcels, messages, delivery, and other related routine.

14. To be aware of the company organizational chart.

15. Maintain high standard of personal hygiene, grooming & uniform standards.

16. To understand and adhere to Yamanote Atelier policies and procedures related to fire, health, and safety.

17. Maintain valid driving license & renew well before expiry.

18. Should work flexible shifts, hours according to business demands.

19. To act in a way that reflects the good image of the company.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

2. Valid driver’s license.

3. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

4. Safe driving record.

5. Sound knowledge of road safety & regulations.

6. Working knowledge of local roads & routes.

7. Punctual & reliable.

Working conditions

This position generally requires regular interactions with staffs/customers, working over weekends, public holidays, dealing with demanding situations, over a 6-day work week on shift basis with regular or extended working hours as per local labor law. Generally, works indoor & outdoor.
