We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pest Control Supervisor to lead our pest control operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising field teams, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, maintaining high service standards, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and coordinate the daily activities of Pest Control Technicians.
• Plan daily schedules, assign service requests, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Conduct site inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.
• Develop and implement effective Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.
• Ensure the safe handling, storage, and application of pesticides in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations and company HSE policies.
• Perform quality inspections and follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians on treatment procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports, treatment records, chemical usage logs, and service documentation.
• Monitor inventory of chemicals, equipment, PPE, and operational supplies.
• Respond professionally to client enquiries and provide technical recommendations.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, environmental, and Dubai Municipality requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE or GCC experience in pest control, including supervisory experience.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Pest Control Supervisor/Operator Certification (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of pest identification, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), pesticide application, and treatment methods.
• Good understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations and HSE requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects effectively.
• Proficient in preparing reports and maintaining service documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and facility management projects.
• Knowledge of termite control, rodent control, fumigation, mosquito control, disinfection, and general pest management.
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
• Experience using digital reporting systems or field service management software.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
