Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the clinic team through accurate and organized documentation.
  • Enter patient information, treatment details, and clinical notes into the clinic’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system promptly and precisely.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the medical team and insurance department to ensure efficient workflow and minimize delays.
  • Assist in the preparation of insurance claims, including correct coding and follow-up for approvals.
  • Help resolve documentation-related queries and discrepancies related to insurance and patient files.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
