Hiring UAE national with medical background holding DOH license to work in our homecare unit in Abu Dhabi as Medical Records verifier.

Candidate will be responsible for

• Review patient medical records, including nursing notes, daily clinical reports, vital signs, medication records, care plans, and other relevant clinical documentation.
• Verify that patient records are complete, accurate, legible, properly dated, timed, and authenticated by the responsible licensed healthcare professional.
• Identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate entries and report them to the responsible clinical staff for correction through approved procedures.
• Ensure that clinical records are maintained in accordance with the organization's documentation policies.B. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Monitoring
• Monitor timely completion and submission of electronic medical records by nurses and other authorized clinical staff.
• Verify that shift documentation is completed before the required submission deadline.
• Identify missing entries, late submissions, duplicate records, and discrepancies between recorded services and assigned duty schedules.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
