Bayan Medical Company is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Product Specialist – Neurosurgery & Maxillofacial products to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build long-term relationships with surgeons and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Neurosurgery & Maxillofacial products across assigned territories.
  • Establish and implement sales strategies, objectives, and targets.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales targets through effective planning and sales management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospital procurement teams.
  • Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations to surgeons and medical staff.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and product developments.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and market segments.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences, exhibitions, and professional events.
