Online Jewellery Sales Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 + Commission

BYORO is looking for an experienced Online Jewellery Sales Consultant to convert inbound leads into showroom appointments and sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of jewellery sales experience in the UAE market (mandatory).
  • Strong experience in online jewellery sales (WhatsApp, Instagram, website inquiries).
  • Excellent knowledge of 18K gold, natural & lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, diamond quality (4Cs), and jewellery sizing.
  • Experience handling custom jewellery orders.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Russian is an advantage).
  • Strong closing and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries.
  • Provide professional jewellery consultations.
  • Qualify leads and book showroom appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
  • Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
  • Work closely with the showroom team to achieve sales targets.

Salary: AED 5,000 basic + attractive commission.
