About The Elite Edition

The Elite Edition is a healthy lifestyle and dining concept focused on providing high-quality, nutritious, and delicious meals to our customers. We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie specializing in Arabic Cuisine to join our kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes according to company recipes and standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and quality.
  • Handle food preparation, cooking, plating, and proper food storage.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
  • Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
  • Assist with menu preparation and development of Arabic dishes when required.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize food wastage.
  • Coordinate with the Sous Chef and other kitchen team members during daily operations.
  • Follow portion control and recipe specifications, particularly for healthy meal preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably with strong experience in Arabic Cuisine.
  • Good knowledge of traditional Arabic and Middle Eastern cooking techniques.
  • Experience preparing Arabic dishes, including grills, rice dishes, mezze, sauces, soups, and other specialties.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow recipes, portion controls, and kitchen procedures.
  • Candidates with experience in healthy meal preparation or meal production will be an advantage.
