Job Title: Shisha Master
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500 + Tips
Language Requirement: Russian speaker preferred

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Shisha Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing, presenting, and maintaining high-quality shisha, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a luxury dining and nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve shisha of various flavors to guests in a professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of shisha equipment and lounge areas.
  • Ensure safety standards are followed when handling charcoal and equipment.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, with excellent product knowledge.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and adjust service as needed.
  • Work closely with FOH team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Shisha Master in fine dining/lounge/bar.
  • Strong knowledge of shisha flavors, preparation techniques, and equipment care.
  • Russian speaking is required; English and Arabic are an advantage.
  • Presentable, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
