Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dubai

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our perfume retail outlet. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting fragrances, provide excellent service, and achieve sales targets while maintaining a professional store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in choosing perfumes based on their preferences and needs.
• Recommend fragrances by explaining scent notes, longevity, and brand features.
• Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell perfumes, gift sets, and related products.
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low inventory.
• Handle billing, cash/card payments, and POS transactions accurately.
• Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and retail policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury products is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets in a retail environment.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per hour
