About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing efforts and improve both lead volume and lead quality.
This role is for someone who understands performance marketing in depth and knows how to turn ad spend into real business results. You should be confident in managing campaigns across Google and Meta, reading performance data properly, improving conversion paths, and identifying where problems are coming from whether in the campaign setup, tracking, landing page, website flow, or ad account structure.
This is not a general marketing or content-focused role. We are looking for someone who is strong in paid acquisition, conversion thinking, and day-to-day performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Improve lead volume, lead quality, and overall campaign efficiency
- Monitor campaign performance closely and make regular data-based optimizations
- Manage budgets carefully and allocate spend based on performance
- Review and improve landing pages, lead forms, offers, and calls to action to increase conversion rates
- Ensure proper setup and monitoring of tracking, tags, pixels, and conversion events
- Work with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and GA4 to support accurate tracking and performance analysis
- Identify performance issues and determine whether they are caused by targeting, creative, bidding, tracking, landing pages, website issues, or account structure
- Work closely with sales and management to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting accordingly
- Prepare clear reports on lead generation performance, cost per lead, conversion trends, and return on marketing spend
- Stay updated with platform changes, best practices, and new performance marketing opportunities
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid lead generation
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, retargeting, and optimization
- Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
- Good understanding of Google Search Console, GA4, and website or landing page performance basics
- Strong grasp of landing page principles, user journey, lead form structure, and call-to-action placement
- Ability to identify and solve performance issues quickly and practically
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and performance metrics
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with sales and management
- Organized, proactive, and focused on results
Preferred
- Experience in travel, tourism, visa services, or any lead-driven business
- Experience managing campaigns focused on lead generation rather than only awareness or engagement
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes
- Experience working with web or technical teams to resolve tracking or landing page issues
