Job Title: Part-Time Instagram Growth & Sales Marketer
Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible hours, requires weekly on-site restaurant visits to shoot food/videos)
Salary: per month + Sales Incentives

Job Goal Your primary mission is simple: Turn Instagram followers into paying customers. You will be responsible for creating viral visual content, running targeted restaurant promotions, spreading local awareness, and directly driving foot traffic and sales to our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instagram Content Creation: Shoot and edit highly engaging, mouth-watering Instagram Reels and Stories featuring our best dishes, customer reactions, and behind-the-scenes kitchen action.
  • Run Sales Promotions: Design and launch creative offers (e.g., weekend specials, combo deals, limited-time discounts) that encourage people to visit or order immediately.
  • Spread Local Awareness: Reach out to local UAE food bloggers, micro-influencers, and community pages to get them to review our restaurant and spread the word.
  • Drive & Track Sales: Run hyper-local Instagram ads targeted directly at people living or working near our restaurant to increase table bookings and walk-ins.
  • DM to Sales Conversion: Actively engage with followers in the comments and DMs, converting inquiries into immediate table reservations or orders.

Requirements

  • Content Skills: Expert at smartphone food photography and editing fast-paced, trending Reels (using CapCut/Canva).
  • Legal Status: Must have a valid UAE visa (Spouse, Golden, Student, etc.) with a NOC, or a registered Freelance Permit.

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
