Role Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, support the team, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth running of the café during assigned hours.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Store Management

• Support the daily opening and closing of the café
• Ensure smooth store operations and service flow
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and food safety standards
• Assist with maintaining SOPs and operational processes

Team Management

• Supervise and support front and back-of-house staff
• Help manage shift flow and break schedules
• Ensure tasks are completed and standards are maintained
• Support onboarding and training where required

Customer Experience

• Deliver and maintain a high level of hospitality and service
• Handle customer concerns professionally and proactively
• Create a welcoming and positive café environment

Inventory & Reporting

• Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs
• Support stock counts and reduce operational waste
• Keep basic records and report operational issues to management

Requirements

• Previous experience in café, restaurant, retail, or hospitality management preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (preferred)

Working Arrangement

• Part-time hours (to be agreed based on business needs)
• Flexible scheduling

Nice to Have

• Experience working in specialty coffee or F&B
• Experience with POS systems and team scheduling
• Passion for customer experience and building community

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
