About Primo

Primo is a Dubai-based luxury renovation company specialising in high-end villa renovations and transformations.

We are looking for a creative and highly capable Part-Time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take ownership of our social media content.

This is a hands-on, all-in-one content role. We are looking for someone who can manage the complete process — from planning what content we should create, visiting our projects to capture it, through to editing, copywriting, scheduling and posting.

You will work across our luxury villa renovation projects in Dubai, turning project progress, transformations and behind-the-scenes activity into high-quality, engaging social media content.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Content Planning & Strategy

• Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar.
• Plan content around our active renovation projects and completed villas.
• Develop ideas for Reels, Stories, posts, before-and-afters and other short-form content.
• Identify trends and content opportunities relevant to our audience.
• Maintain a consistent premium look, feel and tone across our social channels.

Videography & Content Creation

• Attend scheduled site visits at our villa projects across Dubai to capture content.
• Film high-quality vertical video for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other platforms.
• Capture photography of projects, materials, details, progress and completed work.
• Film team members and project updates where appropriate.
• Be proactive in spotting content opportunities rather than simply waiting to be told what to film.

Editing

• Edit all video content from start to finish.
• Create engaging short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing, music, subtitles and transitions.
• Edit and enhance photography.
• Turn footage from each site visit into multiple pieces of usable content.
• Ensure all content reflects the quality expected from a luxury renovation brand.

Copywriting & Posting

• Write captions, hooks and calls-to-action.
• Schedule and publish content according to the agreed content calendar.
• Manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor engagement and content performance.

Reporting & Improvement

• Track reach, engagement, follower growth and enquiries.
• Identify which types of content perform best.
• Use performance data to continuously improve the content strategy.
• Provide a simple monthly overview of social media performance.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can own the process independently.

You should be able to take a villa renovation project and turn it into great social media content — deciding what to capture, filming it, editing it, writing the caption and getting it published.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous social media/content creation experience.
• Be confident filming and photographing content independently.
• Have strong short-form video editing skills.
• Understand Instagram Reels, TikTok and current social media trends.
• Have strong written English and copywriting skills.
• Have a good understanding of hooks, storytelling and viewer retention.
• Have an excellent eye for premium visual content.
• Be organised and capable of managing a content calendar independently.
• Be comfortable visiting active villa renovation/construction sites.
• Be reliable and able to deliver content consistently within agreed deadlines.

Experience creating content for luxury brands, interior design, architecture, property, construction, hospitality or lifestyle businesses would be a major advantage.

Working Arrangement

This is a part-time position based in Dubai.

The role will involve a combination of:

• Scheduled visits to our villa renovation projects to film and photograph content.
• Remote editing, copywriting and content preparation.
• Scheduling and managing social media posts.
• Regular coordination with the Primo team regarding upcoming projects and content opportunities.

Flexibility will be required around site visits, as different stages of a renovation can create time-sensitive opportunities for content.

Requirements

• Must currently be based in Dubai/UAE.
• Must be able to travel to project locations across Dubai.
• Previous professional content creation or social media experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• A portfolio of previous work is required.
