About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commission Operations Analyst to own the calculation and validation of commissions across the business. This role requires strong proficiency in spreadsheets, formulas, and financial logic to ensure accurate and consistent payouts.

This is a Part-Time role requiring approximately 4–5 working hours daily (around 24–28 hours weekly). Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa, as company sponsorship is not provided for this position.

The position focuses on building and maintaining calculation models, reconciling commission data, and validating results against defined rules and performance metrics. In addition, the role is responsible for importing, updating, and verifying commission-related data within the CRM, ensuring all records remain accurate, complete, and aligned for reporting and operational use.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and update final commission amounts based on defined rules and performance data
• Verify and input order amounts, ensuring accuracy for commission calculations
• Perform regular data checks and reconciliations between CRM, Finance, and Sales records
• Identify missing or inconsistent data and correct it proactively
• Maintain organized and structured datasets (Excel/CRM) to support accurate calculations and reporting
• Update and maintain CRM records with complete and validated data (Customer Name, Address, Country, Order Paid Amount, etc.)
• Generate basic reports and summaries from CRM/Excel related to commissions and performance
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to validate data and commission logic
• Ensure data confidentiality and integrity at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning)
• Good numerical and analytical ability
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (any platform is fine)
• Ability to handle large datasets efficiently
• Good organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in data entry, data management, or CRM handling
• Knowledge of commission calculations or finance-related data
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
• Basic understanding of reporting and dashboards
