Full job description

We are looking for a skilled, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Barista to join our team at Sesame House Restaurant – DIFC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to Sesame House standards.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment properly.
  • Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portioning.
  • Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
  • Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
  • Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
  • Coordinate with the cashier and FOH team to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including bar setup and cleaning.
  • Support the team during busy periods and events.

Requirements:

  • Valid own UAE visa is required.
  • Previous barista experience in a café or restaurant is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of espresso-based coffee and basic beverage preparation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Presentable, energetic, and professional.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and product quality.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • DIFC/Dubai location preferred.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,157.42 per month
