  • Liaise with clients professionally to obtain documentation and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Support the preparation of audit reports, management letters, and financial statements under the supervision of senior auditors.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IFRS, UAE regulatory requirements, and applicable auditing standards.
  • Contribute positively to team objectives and demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and firm-wide initiatives to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or intending to pursue ACCA, ACA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with audit software is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a proactive and self-motivated approach to learning.
  • UAE residency or eligibility to work in the UAE is required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package benchmarked to UAE market standards, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • Full study support and examination leave for professional accounting qualifications (ACCA / ACA / CPA).
  • Structured training programme with clear progression milestones and regular performance reviews.
  • Exposure to a diverse and high-quality client base across multiple industries in the UAE.
  • A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work culture where every team member is valued.
