Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Painting Supervisor to oversee painting and finishing works for residential, commercial, and industrial maintenance projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of painting applications, site supervision, manpower management, quality control, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily painting activities at maintenance and fit-out project sites.
• Allocate work and manage painters to ensure timely project completion.
• Inspect surfaces and ensure proper preparation before painting.
• Monitor painting quality, finishing standards, and material usage.
• Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and the operations team.
• Ensure work is completed according to company standards and project schedules.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and update management.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory of painting materials and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Painting Supervisor in the UAE, preferably in the maintenance or fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior and exterior painting works, wall preparation, texture, epoxy, and decorative finishes.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage multiple sites.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
