Full job description

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Fruit Packing Helper to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, grading, and packing fresh fruit to ensure only the highest quality products are prepared for shipping and distribution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Sorting and Grading: Inspect fruits on the production line to separate and remove bruised, overripe, or damaged items.
  • Packing and Wrapping: Place sorted fruit carefully into crates, boxes, or clamshells according to specific size, weight, and count guidelines.
  • Labeling: Apply product stickers, barcodes, and expiration tags accurately to finished packages.
  • Palletizing: Stack completed fruit boxes onto pallets and secure them with shrink wrap for transport.
  • Sanitation: Clean and sanitize packing tables, conveyor belts, and tools daily to meet strict food safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and comfortably lift boxes
  • Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination to pack delicate items quickly without causing damage.
