We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day management and growth of our online business across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Talabat, Carrefour, Temu, and other online marketplaces.

The candidate will be responsible for product listings, account management, order monitoring, resolving platform issues, following marketplace guidelines, and carrying out tasks as directed by the manager. The ideal candidate should be familiar with e-commerce platforms and have a strong interest in growing online sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account & Product Management

• Assist in managing the daily operations of existing e-commerce accounts.
• Create and update product listings accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, stock availability, and content.
• Handle product category restrictions and listing approval issues.
• Submit required documents such as invoices, COAs, authorization letters, and other supporting documents.
• Follow all instructions, procedures, and guidelines provided by the manager.

2. Platform Troubleshooting & Support

• Identify and resolve listing errors, product suppressions, policy violations, and platform alerts.
• Monitor account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
• Follow up with platform support teams when required.
• Ensure all account issues are properly tracked and resolved on time.

3. Product Visibility & Sales Support

• Optimize product listings using relevant keywords, SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and high-quality images.
• Monitor product visibility and ranking.
• Support promotional activities, campaigns, discounts, and deals as directed by the manager.
• Assist in implementing strategies to improve product visibility and online sales.

4. Multi-Platform Expansion

• Assist in setting up and managing accounts on new e-commerce platforms.
• List and manage products across multiple marketplaces.
• Monitor and process orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams for order fulfillment and delivery.
• Respond to customer queries and support customer satisfaction.
• Help improve brand visibility across online channels.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance.
• Track product reviews, ratings, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Identify issues affecting sales and report them to the manager.
• Support the team in developing strategies to improve sales and overall marketplace performance.

Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience in E-commerce, Amazon, Noon, or other online marketplaces is preferred.
• Basic understanding of product listing and marketplace account management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new e-commerce platforms and tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work closely with the manager.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller, Trendyol, Talabat, Carrefour, or Temu will be an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
