Job Title: Asset Manager – Oil & Gas & Marine

Job Summary

The Asset Manager is responsible for the lifecycle management of Oil & Gas and Marine assets, including compressors, UHP water jetting machines, blasting, painting, and scaffolding systems. The role ensures asset availability, safety, compliance, cost control, and effective coordination of stores and procurement activities with support from team members.

Key Responsibilities

Asset & Equipment Management

· Manage assets including air compressors, UHP/HP water jetting machines, abrasive blasting equipment, painting & coating systems, and scaffolding materials

· Ensure equipment readiness, certification, inspection, and compliance for offshore, marine, and yard operations

· Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, and certification status

Maintenance & Operations Support

· Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance with support from supervisors and technicians

· Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of assets for projects

Stores & Procurement

· Manage stores, spares, consumables, and tools related to blasting, painting, UHP, and scaffolding

· Forecast material requirements and coordinate procurement activities

· Control inventory levels, calibration, and vendor/service contracts

Scaffolding Management

· Oversee scaffolding materials, inspections, tagging, and certification

· Coordinate scaffolding activities through certified teams and supervisors

· Ensure compliance with site safety and regulatory requirements

Safety, Compliance & Reporting

· Ensure compliance with HSE, Class, and industry standards (IMO, ISO, AMPP/NACE)

· Support risk assessments, method statements, and safe work practices

· Monitor asset utilization, downtime, and costs; report status to management

Qualifications & Experience

· Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Marine, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)

· 3–5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or Marine asset management

· Strong exposure to blasting, painting, UHP water jetting, scaffolding, and stores management

Key Skills

· Asset lifecycle and maintenance management

· Inventory control and procurement coordination

· Strong HSE awareness and team coordination

· Good communication and reporting skills

Required with UAE Driving Licence

Salary Range

● AED 6000 – 10,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Location

● As per company project and operational requirements (UAE)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
