We are looking for a Facility Supervisor or a Facility Engineer (Oil & Gas experience) for OGSI Oil & Gas Fields Equipment Manufacturing FZE

OGSI designs and manufactures high-quality products and metering systems for the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Generation industries. The centerpiece of this facility is the hydrocarbon flow laboratory with calibration methods that include a master meter and small volume prover.

Responsibilities:
· Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and third-party contractors.

· Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to all safety protocols.

· Manage and oversee all phases of new and existing facilities projects, including construction, installation, FEED, economic evaluation, standards compliance, HAZID/ HAZOP, QA/QC, permitting, and contractor selection.

· Evaluate and improve the performance of existing facilities to optimize production and minimize costs.

· Support the Maintenance team in strategy implementation for reliability and cost control.

· Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for emergencies or unplanned events.

· Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues to minimize downtime.

· Ensure maintenance is performed as per OGSI standards and manufacturers’

specifications.

· Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records in the CMMS.

· Schedule and coordinate maintenance shutdowns with minimum operational disruption.

· Support procurement in tracking and maintaining inventory of tools and spares.

· Ensure all maintenance work adheres to company and regulatory HSE guidelines.

· Participate in audits, incident investigations, and safety reviews.

· Implement quality checks and reliability testing after repairs.

· Work with engineering and operations to support system upgrades and modifications.

· Liaise with HSE, planning, and finance for aligned project delivery and reporting.

· Managing budgets and timelines for facility projects.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering.

· 7 to 10 years of Oil & Gas facility and maintenance operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

· UAE driving license and car (preferred)

· Strong experience with rotating and static equipment, control systems, and HSE compliance.

& Familiarity with maintenance in hazardous environments and high-pressure systems.

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
